FAQ:
To make a REP team at Maple Basketball, players attend a tryout session and go through a selection process. Tryout dates are posted on our website. We usually hold tryouts in March, June, and August. To stay informed of all the tryout dates and locations, sign up for notifications here. For players aspiring to join a REP team, we highly recommend participating in one of our programs prior to the tryout. These programs allow our coaches to work closely with players, helping to develop their skills and prepare for the tryouts.
The REP season at Maple Basketball includes two practices per week, emphasizing skill development and team strategy. Players participate in 30-40 games per season consisting of play in the Ontario Basketball League (OBL), OBA Championship, Coalition League, and sanctioned tournaments.
