At Maple Basketball, we strive to provide quality programs and services. Please review our refund policy:

1. Cancellations by Participants:​

   • No refunds will be given for REP Team payments. 
      

2. Missed Sessions:

   • ​No refunds or credits for missed sessions.
      

3. Merchandise Purchases​

   • Unused and non-customized items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

   • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
