Program Overview: This all-in-one program combines weekly REP training and games into a single, high-value experience designed for girls born in 2014–2016 who are ready to take the next step in their basketball journey.

What’s Included:
REP Training Sessions.
Fundamentals: Shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, passing, layups, finishing, and defensive positioning.
Basketball IQ: Spacing, movement without the ball, and decision-making.
Team Concepts: Read & React offense, man-to-man defense, help-side principles, zone concepts, transition offense/defense.
As players progress, the training shifts toward advanced REP-level skills, including: Press and press break systems Game-like breakdown drills Competitive situational play and scrimmages.
Games (4v4 Full Court) High-tempo, small-sided games that reinforce weekly training concepts and maximize touches, reps, and real-game decision-making.
Full Reversible Uniform Set (Jersey + Shorts).
As players progress, they will play in 3–5 REP-level exhibition games from February to April 2026 (Winter Session).
By the end of the season, players will be strong candidates for our competitive REP team.
