Program Overview: This beginner REP girls program introduces players to competitive basketball through fundamental skill development, team concepts, and small-sided scrimmages. It builds a strong foundation in passing, shooting, dribbling, offense, and defense. Once ready, players will have the opportunity to compete against others teams at the REP level. 

What’s Included:
REP Training Sessions.
Fundamentals: Shooting mechanics, ball handling, footwork, passing, layups, finishing, and defensive positioning.
Basketball IQ: Spacing, movement without the ball, and decision-making.
Team Concepts: Read & React offense, man-to-man defense, help-side principles, zone concepts, transition offense/defense.
Games (3v3 Half Court) High-tempo, small-sided games that reinforce weekly training concepts and maximize touches, reps, and real-game decision-making.
Reversible Jersey
Players may play in exhibition games agaisnt other REP team as they progress. By the end of the session, players will be strong candidates for our competitive Girls REP team.
