How to Order and Receive Your Gear:

Submit Payment by July 31:
Please complete your payment by July 31 so we can begin assembling your player’s gear package. Payment can be sent via e-transfer to admin@maplebasketball.ca

After submitting payment, fill out the form below to secure your player's jersey number.

Gear Distribution on First Practice Day:
On the first day of practice, players will receive their customized Nike backpack, along with their practice jersey. We’ll bring various sizes of practice jerseys for players to try on and choose their appropriate size.

Uniform, T-Shirt & Hoodie Sizing: For the game uniform, T-shirts, and hoodie, we’ll bring samples in multiple sizes. Players can try them on over the summer or at the first practice, and once sizing is confirmed, we’ll place the custom order. These pieces will be ready within approximately 3 weeks — well before our first game!
